Kevin Ewing

Kevin is a Seattle native and a life-long technology enthusiast. He wrote his first program at 9; by the time he was 11 he had built his own computer and fallen down the software rabbit hole.

He started his career as the 4th employee of Principal Focus, where he spent 5 years honing his sales and management skills. Kevin then turned his attention to software full time, culminating in a yearlong apprenticeship pairing with Seattle legend Ian Gilman.

Kevin also spent multiple years with Expedia, and was responsible for bringing several core features to market including Scratchpad. He primarily focused on maintaining an aggressive A/B testing strategy, delivering accessible experiences, and mentoring new developers. Now he does the same here at Foundry.
